IN Project Manager - SAP ADM

As a Project Manager specializing in SAP Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) for Supply Chain, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and external SAP implementation partners. In this role, you will drive SAP supply chain projects, system enhancements, and process optimizations to digitize and streamline manufacturing and logistics operations. You will be working full-time on-site from Ahmedabad, with flexibility for travel to the Mundra plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Coordinate with external SAP implementation partners to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Oversee system enhancements and process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within SAP ADM, particularly in supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• SAP certification is a plus.

Experience: 5-8 years in project management, specifically in SAP environments.
