About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead and execute the implementation of their Treasury Management product for Fortune 1000 clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery, providing significant value, and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction within project timelines. This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction, as you will be the main point of contact during the Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Treasury Management solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions.
- Provide support during the Hypercare phase to ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in implementation consulting, preferably in financial technology or treasury management.
- Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
