The team is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of data collaboration solutions, ensuring that they maximize the value of the team platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and business objectives.
- Design and implement tailored solutions that leverage the team data collaboration platform.
- Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a consulting or implementation role, preferably in data management or analytics.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and ethics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
