The team is seeking a skilled SAP S/4 HANA Roll-out Coordinator specializing in Production Planning (PP) to join their team. This role is essential for the successful implementation and coordination of SAP S/4 HANA projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA solutions for production planning across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on the new system functionalities.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot issues during the roll-out process and provide solutions to enhance system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the Production Planning module.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful roll-outs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze and optimize production processes using SAP tools.
- Relevant certifications in SAP or project management are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP implementation and coordination roles.
