The team is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join their team with immediate openings available across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that software developed meets the required standards and aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor pre-implementation deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment between business objectives, company processes, and client needs.
- Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define requirements supporting company process strategy and deployment.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Quality Assurance or related roles.
