About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Security Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will establish and maintain strong partnerships with IT and Cloud Operations teams, ensuring effective collaboration on identity security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business leaders to obtain approvals for updating roles and procedures using least privileged access methodology.
- Assist users in understanding and applying identity security concepts, processes, and technologies.
- Report security risks, issues, and key metrics to both business and security leadership.
- Ensure completion of audit tasks related to Identity Management with active participation from relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze identity management systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in identity and access management or related security roles.
- Strong understanding of identity security concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
