About this role
The team is seeking an experienced IAM / SailPoint Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications while ensuring compliance with IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Administer IAM processes and resolve access-related issues efficiently.
- Handle SailPoint Access Certification and Access Review processes.
- Maintain IAM documentation, reports, metrics, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with application and IT teams to ensure access compliance.
- Identify access gaps and inconsistencies, ensuring accurate data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with IAM tools, particularly SailPoint.
- Proficient in user access management and compliance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in IAM consulting or related roles.
