About this role
The team is seeking a hands-on IAM Engineer with expertise in SailPoint Identity Service Cloud. This role is responsible for the operational maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. The IAM Engineer will focus on day-to-day support, onboarding of applications, troubleshooting, and implementing changes to ensure stable and efficient IAM operations aligned with security and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and configure the SailPoint IGA platform to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide day-to-day support for IAM operations, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed.
- Onboard new applications into the IAM framework, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct data quality improvements and implement necessary changes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align IAM operations with organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SailPoint Identity Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, practices, and technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues.
- Familiarity with security compliance requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IAM engineering or a related field.
