About this role
The team is seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will confer and consult with business, technology, and operations teams to build and manage solutions using PingDirectory, PingDirectory Proxy, and PingData Sync.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of Ping Directory instances.
- Ensure that directory architecture, designs, plans, controls, and processes align with security and business strategies and standards.
- Communicate and defend solution architecture positions effectively.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternative solutions and best practices in identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IAM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with PingDirectory, PingDirectory Proxy, and PingData Sync.
- Solid understanding of IAM principles and practices.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IAM consulting or a similar role.
