About this role
The team is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HubSpot Database Administrator to manage data quality and governance while supporting campaign execution through the effective use of HubSpot and related platforms. This role is critical in generating actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and delivering personalized campaign journeys by bridging Campaign, IT, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data quality and governance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support campaign execution through effective use of HubSpot.
- Import user data collected onsite into internal systems.
- Collaborate with Campaign, IT, and Leadership teams to align data strategies.
- Generate actionable insights from data to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and report on data performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HubSpot and related marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in data management and governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a data management or database administration role, preferably with experience in marketing automation.
