About this role
The team is seeking an HR Data Scientist specializing in People Analytics and Automation to support their digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in transforming People Operations from a transactional function into a proactive, predictive, and strategic powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement advanced analytics models to derive insights from HR data.
- Automate data pipelines to streamline data collection and processing.
- Integrate complex HR systems to enhance data accessibility and usability.
- Translate raw people data into strategic insights that inform workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR analytics and data science, with a strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR analytics or data science roles.
