About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect at a Senior or Lead level to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and evolving core frameworks and reusable platform components that are critical to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement core frameworks and reusable components.
- Perform hands-on coding for technology upgrades and migrations using Java, Spring, Jakarta, and Tomcat.
- Own and drive large-scale modernization initiatives across services and shared libraries.
- Build and evaluate Proofs of Concept (POCs) to assess new technologies, patterns, and platform capabilities.
- Resolve complex technical issues across frameworks, distributed services, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Java, Spring, Jakarta, and Tomcat.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Proven track record of leading modernization initiatives and technical upgrades.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and architecture.
