Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of healthcare software applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Verify compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Document and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in requirements gathering and review sessions to provide input on quality considerations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
