About this role
The team is seeking a Head of SAP Enterprise Core Systems and Platforms to lead a critical transformation initiative within their global ERP landscape. This role will oversee the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA through RISE with SAP, combining operational leadership with strategic technology planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational management of SAP services, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of the SAP transformation program.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise platforms and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with SAP systems, particularly SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing large-scale IT transformations.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP management or related IT leadership roles, with a focus on enterprise systems.
