About this role
As the Head of IT Security, you will define and execute IT strategy while overseeing end-to-end IT operations across the region. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing systems that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Lead IT security projects to enhance system security and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology delivers measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and report on IT security metrics and performance indicators.
- Manage the IT security budget and resources effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT security management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and security frameworks.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in IT security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
