The team is seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead their technology function. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on knowledge of Python, full-stack application development, Linux server management, and IT infrastructure. This role is critical in overseeing application development and deployment, as well as guiding the technical team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall IT operations and technology strategy.
- Oversee the management of Linux servers and production environments.
- Direct application development and deployment processes.
- Guide and mentor the technical team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on technology strategy and operations.
- Strong expertise in Python and full-stack application development.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux server management and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in IT management or a related field.
