About this role
The team is seeking a Head of Analytics to drive AI/ML and GenAI adoption across multiple business units. This leadership role requires a strong background in data science transformation and the ability to implement strategic analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of enterprise-level GenAI and ML use cases.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate business needs into actionable analytics strategies.
- Oversee the analytics transformation process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and analysts.
- Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the analytics team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI/ML and GenAI strategy development.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing data science teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying and developing business use cases for analytics initiatives.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in analytics or data science roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
