About this role
The team is seeking a Head of AI, Data & Integration to lead their enterprise data architecture and integration strategy. This role involves overseeing the implementation of data engineering roadmaps and ensuring effective data management across various operational domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise data architecture and integration platforms, including Boomi and SAP CPI.
- Establish data standards, pipelines, and models to support operational, financial, and commercial processes.
- Ensure interoperability across ERP, supply chain, R&D, manufacturing, and commercial systems.
- Define and drive the AI/ML and GenAI strategy, identifying and delivering high-impact use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data architecture and integration strategies, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms such as Boomi and SAP CPI.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies and a track record of implementing successful AI strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in data management, integration, or AI/ML roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
