The team is seeking an experienced IT Leader with extensive expertise in SAP/ERP, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, Industry 4.0, and manufacturing IT. The ideal candidate will have significant plant-level exposure and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Oversee SAP/ERP system management to ensure optimal performance and integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the needs of the manufacturing environment.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve processes and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, particularly in manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
Experience: 8-10 years in IT leadership roles.
