About this role
The team is seeking a Workday HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Workday Financials to support the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of Workday Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and finance knowledge, along with hands-on experience in Workday financial modules. Proficiency in business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, and Budgeting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Workday Financial Management solutions according to client requirements.
- Integrate Workday Financial modules with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and validation of Workday Financial configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Financial processes.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Financial modules.
- Proven ability to configure and implement Workday solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Experience: 5-8 years in Workday Financials or related fields.
