About this role
The team is seeking a GxP (GCP, GLP, GVP) Quality Assurance Associate Director to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations within the consumer healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, particularly in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Good Vigilance Practice (GVP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems in accordance with GxP regulations.
- Lead audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance across all operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and training on GxP compliance to staff at all levels.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
