The team is seeking a Guidewire Transformation Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale Guidewire transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in program and delivery management within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Guidewire transformation programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience.
- Significant experience in Program Management and Delivery Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Guidewire programs.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire products and their implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience: 12-15 years in IT and program management.
