About this role
The team is seeking a Guidewire Technical Architect specializing in ClaimCenter and Jutro to join their Professional Services team. This role involves working closely with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurers globally to implement, modernize, and optimize core platforms with a focus on cloud adoption and AI-enabled delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter and Jutro solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for the integration and customization of Guidewire products.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and projects.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Jutro.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and AI integration in software delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Guidewire implementations and technical architecture.
