About this role
The team is seeking a Group Manager - Infrastructure Operations to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure. This role requires a strong focus on automating cloud infrastructure and collaborating with various teams to integrate best practices in development, code quality, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure.
- Lead initiatives to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices in DevOps.
- Guide and mentor teams in automation practices and cloud application design.
- Contribute to the development of serverless architectures and event-driven patterns.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure and operations management.
