The team is seeking a GRC Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will create impact, strengthen trust, and drive compliance excellence for various organizations. You will be responsible for helping clients build strong, compliant, and secure systems while navigating complex regulations with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Provide expert guidance on privacy and data protection issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting compliance status and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, etc.) are a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO standards.
