The team is seeking a GRC - Associate Manager to join their team in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial in helping clients navigate governance, risk management, and compliance challenges, ensuring they can drive growth and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their GRC frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with clients' business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide guidance on best practices in governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding of GRC concepts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
