The team is seeking a GRC - Associate Manager to join their team and contribute to redefining what a global consulting organization can be. In this role, you will help clients find innovative ways to drive growth, enhance business performance, and sustain leadership in their respective markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices in risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on GRC initiatives and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
