About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in GoLang Development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable server-side applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, data-driven solutions that enhance user experience and power our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of server-side applications using GoLang.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with GoLang development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in backend development, with a focus on GoLang.
