About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Golang Developer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize APIs that are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code for backend systems and services.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring robust error handling, logging, and high performance.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for system architecture and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Go programming language and its frameworks.
- Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Golang.
