The team is seeking a talented and passionate Backend Engineer to join their growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining the core services and APIs that power their product. You will tackle challenging problems, collaborate with a team of skilled engineers, and contribute to building a scalable and reliable platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, efficient, and well-tested backend solutions using Go.
- Develop and maintain APIs to support various product functionalities.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Go programming language.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in backend development, preferably with a focus on Go.
