About this role
The team is seeking a temporary IT professional to support the Global Shippers Association (GSA). This role involves providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems that facilitate logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Ensure data integrity and security across systems
- Support the integration of new technologies and software
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT systems and network administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with logistics and supply chain management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
