About this role
The team is seeking a Global SAP Program Director and Head of SAP Platform to lead their SAP S/4HANA implementation on a global scale. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy, execution, and governance of the program while ensuring alignment with stakeholders across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the global SAP S/4HANA program end-to-end, including strategy, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead a cross-functional, cross-regional team of internal and external resources, including system integrators, integration partners, and business leads.
- Ensure successful design, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare for all program phases.
- Establish and chair program governance structures such as Steering Committees and other oversight bodies.
- Manage risks and issues proactively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Foster collaboration between IT and business units to enhance program outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration processes.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP program management or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
