About this role

The team is seeking a Global SAP Process Consultant to join their dynamic Supply Chain IT team in Hyderabad. This hybrid role will focus on leveraging expertise in warehousing technologies to deliver competitive solutions to enterprise-wide challenges. The successful candidate will operate in a technical Business Systems Analyst capacity, collaborating closely with business partners and applying digital expertise in business and technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize warehousing processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement SAP solutions tailored to warehousing needs, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in SAP consultancy, specifically within warehousing and supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to warehousing (e.g., SAP WM, EWM).
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
