About this role
The team is seeking a Generative AI Solutions Analyst to join their Solutions department. This role can be based in Mumbai or performed remotely. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in AI technologies to enhance the team flagship AI-powered contact center analytics platform, QiQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement generative AI models.
- Design and optimize knowledge graphs to improve platform efficiency.
- Conduct research on the latest trends in AI and machine learning to inform product development.
- Provide training and support to team members on AI technologies and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI solutions development, particularly in generative AI.
- Strong understanding of large language models and agentic AI.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a related field, with a focus on AI technologies and solutions.
