About this role
The team is seeking a GenAI & Agentic AI Technical Leader – Associate Manager to join their team in Gurugram. This role requires a senior technology leader with a strong background in Python, Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI. You will be responsible for driving the technical direction of complex enterprise AI solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and technical decisions for AI solutions.
- Lead the delivery of enterprise-level AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Establish governance frameworks to maintain quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for AI development and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Python and experience with GenAI and LLMs.
- Proven experience in leading AI projects from conception to implementation.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI principles and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in AI and technology leadership roles.
