The team is seeking a Lead/Senior Lead Developer for their Gen AI Team. This role involves leading the development of AI applications using Python, ensuring high code quality, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the software development process for AI applications using Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and adherence to software development best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices and testing methodologies.
