The team is seeking an experienced Senior GCP Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and a passion for leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies to drive data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using GCP services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Implement data integration processes and ensure data quality and consistency across various sources.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with a focus on GCP.
