The team is seeking a Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role involves leveraging data analytics to enhance customer, employee, and student experiences through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analytics, particularly within CRM and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the integration of various data sources and ensure data quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or a consulting role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
