The team is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst / Solution Designer to join their team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and document functional solutions for enterprise applications.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Solution Designer, with a strong understanding of enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Node.js is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in functional analysis or solution design.
