About this role
The team is seeking a Fullstack Staff Engineer with expertise in Cloud Native and AI technologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing scalable applications that leverage cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications with a focus on cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement AI-driven functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular and backend technologies such as Node.js or Spring.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on fullstack engineering.
