About this role
The team is seeking a Full Stack TypeScript Tech Lead to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the senior technical authority, specializing in backend development with TypeScript and Node.js, while also demonstrating a solid understanding of full-stack development principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior technical authority in the team, guiding backend development efforts with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master to ensure project milestones are met, aligning development efforts with sprint goals and overall project timelines.
- Set and enforce high standards for code quality and robustness, including performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on TypeScript and Node.js.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack technologies.
