The team is seeking a Full-Stack Tech Lead to join their software development team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, ensuring best practices in software development.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards are met.
- Own the overall code quality and technical integrity of the product.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software reliability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in full-stack development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Experience with back-end technologies and databases, such as Node.js, Express, SQL, or NoSQL.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development, with a focus on full-stack technologies.
