The team is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in Java and React/Angular. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, from optimizing backend processes to creating stunning visualizations. You will be instrumental in developing the next generation of data analytics and visualization tools aimed at helping insurance companies derive actionable insights into their operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and React/Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement data visualization techniques to present complex datasets in an understandable manner.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality software development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with React or Angular frameworks.
