About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead to oversee the design and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Node.js or Python, React.js, MySQL, and have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of web applications ensuring scalability and performance.
- Guide development teams in implementing best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or ECE.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python, React.js, and MySQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack development and architecture.
