About this role
The team is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and own features across a layered platform. This role involves working from the member-facing React experience through the GraphQL API layer, into the AI-powered intelligence and data services that drive personalized leadership insights. This is a high-ownership, end-to-end role where you'll take features from concept through production release, instrument them, and iterate on data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement GraphQL APIs to support front-end applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Apollo GraphQL and Optimizely.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI and data services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in full stack development.
