Full-stack Engineer (React.js & Node.js)

The team is seeking a talented Full-stack Engineer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performing frontend applications while ensuring a seamless user experience. You will also play a key role in transitioning existing systems to a microservices architecture, focusing on performance optimization and internationalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement modular and scalable frontend architecture using React.js and Node.js.
• Lead the transition from traditional systems to a microservices-based architecture.
• Ensure frontend applications meet performance benchmarks, specifically targeting page load times under one second.
• Optimize web applications for Core Web Vitals, focusing on key performance metrics.
• Develop strategies for internationalization and localization, ensuring support for multiple languages and themes.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define APIs that support the microservices architecture.
• Mentor and guide frontend development teams on best practices and architectural decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
• Establish coding standards and best practices for maintainability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in architecting high-performing frontends using React.js and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices and micro-frontend architecture.
• Proven experience with performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of internationalization and localization best practices.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
