About this role
The team is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering innovative Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to mid-market enterprise customers. They are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Node.js and Angular/React to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining their flagship product, Hire2Retire, which automates the employee identity lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with Identity Management and other applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications using Node.js and Angular/React.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Node.js and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
