Full Stack Engineer AI-Enabled Application Development (India)

The team is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build modern applications with AI integration using prompt engineering and specification-driven development. In this role, you will work across various technology stacks including Java, .NET, Python, React, and Angular, focusing on delivering high-quality applications and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack applications end-to-end across backend (Java / .NET / Python / Node.js) and frontend (React / Angular) stacks.
• Utilize AI coding assistants and LLM-based tooling throughout the development workflow, from prototyping to production-grade code.
• Implement prompt engineering best practices and spec-driven development to convert business requirements into clear specifications and AI-assisted implementations.
• Refactor and modernize legacy codebases to enhance structure, testability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in solutioning and architecture discussions, evaluating trade-offs and selecting appropriate design patterns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, transitioning smoothly between different domains and tech stacks.
• Mentor junior engineers on coding standards, AI-assisted workflows, debugging, and design thinking.
• Engage in code reviews, technical estimations, and quality engineering practices including unit tests, CI/CD, and observability.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of professional full stack development experience shipping production applications.
• Strong hands-on coding ability in at least two of: Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C# / ASP.NET Core), Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask), Node.js.
• Proficient with at least one modern frontend framework (React or Angular), including state management, component design, and REST/GraphQL integration.
• Demonstrable experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) in real projects.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering best practices and spec-driven development.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, common design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Proven ability to refactor codebases, improve test coverage, and reduce technical debt.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and basic cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and disciplined engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Good to Have:

• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or agentic frameworks.
• Familiarity with evaluation and testing practices for AI-generated code.
• Exposure to micro-frontends, microservices, event-driven architectures, or DDD.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Contributions to open-source projects or experience in technical writing/public speaking.
