About this role
The team is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of production experience to join their team in Lahore. This mid-level position requires a skilled professional who can take ownership of features end-to-end across mobile, backend, web/admin tooling, testing, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Flutter for mobile and NestJS for backend.
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, addressing performance issues and optimizing code.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Flutter and NestJS with a strong understanding of SQL and database management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
