About this role
The team is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join their team in building DuruFlow, an enterprise B2B platform. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience across the full application stack. You will play a crucial role in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while ensuring ownership of architecture, code quality, testing, debugging, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems like SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development.
